Bigger. Faster. Stronger. Moar: the LulzBot TAZ moarstruder tool head is a high output tool head with an extra-long heater block, dual print cooling fans, and a 1.2 mm diameter nozzle. These features enable high-speed printing and tough 3D printed objects. The LulzBot TAZ moarstruder tool head is perfect for large objects that utilize the full build area of the LulzBot TAZ, due to the large nozzle diameter. This allows for layer heights of 0.3 mm to 1.2 mm and for thicker extrusion widths, leading to stronger internal structures and single-walled printed objects, like vases, pipes, and containers. 3D print with smaller, traditional layer heights for strong, thick walls and internal structures. Larger layer heights will be translucent, Shiny, and moar eye-catching when used with translucent filament such as t-glaze, neon, and inova-1800. Like all LulzBot tool heads, this uses an open (non-proprietary) filament format, which means you can stay on the cutting edge of the 3D printing industry and adopt new materials as they become available.

Installation is easy! TAZ 6 users can simply swap the tool head and update the printer firmware. Taz 5 users may require a replacement tool head harness
